The diagnostic model
Do product, inventory, order, and settlement data retain a clear identity and source of truth?
↗Does each channel reuse a common operating core—or create another permanent process?
↗Does normal work flow automatically while exceptions become visible, owned, and measured?
↗Can you see the full technology, labor, fulfillment, support, and exception cost of each channel?
↗Does every channel launch build reusable capability and make the next one easier?
↗Flight sequence

About Charlie Alsmiller
Charlie Alsmiller is an entrepreneur, software executive, and author who has spent more than three decades at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and operations.
He founded Appterra in 2008 and built the B2B integration company through its acquisition by Descartes Systems Group in 2016. He later founded APIWORX, where he serves as Founder & CEO.
His work has crossed manufacturers, distributors, retailers, marketplaces, eCommerce companies, ERP systems, warehouses, and trading partners. Channelproof distills that experience into a practical way to see complexity debt before it becomes the operating model.
Trust by design
Scores are deterministic. AI may help explain the result, but it cannot change a score or decide qualification.
Permission is specific. Report delivery and ongoing marketing are separate choices.
No sensitive operating data. The diagnostic uses ranges and never asks for credentials, customer lists, or transaction exports.
No manufactured urgency. Appropriate companies may request an APIWORX conversation; everyone still receives a useful result.
