Agreement and scope

By using GetChannelproof.com or the Channelproof Commerce Diagnostic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an assessment.

Educational diagnostic

Channelproof provides an educational maturity position based on information you choose to submit. It is not an audit, certification, benchmark study, warranty, or substitute for legal, financial, cybersecurity, accounting, or other professional advice. Results rely on self-reported information and may not capture every fact relevant to your business.

Scores and report access

Scores and qualification routes are produced by versioned application rules. AI may assist with explanatory narrative but cannot alter the score. Report links are intended for the recipient; keep them private. Access may expire or be revoked to protect the service, its users, or report data.

Pilot book program

Complimentary signed books, when offered, are limited to eligible participants, available inventory, supported destinations, and one copy per person or business unless stated otherwise. Qualification does not require a meeting or purchase. Channelproof may correct duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible requests.

Your submissions

You represent that submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit credentials, payment-card information, customer lists, regulated health information, confidential contract terms, export data, or other sensitive material the diagnostic does not request.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Channelproof content, scoring structure, reports, designs, marks, and original materials belong to Charlie Alsmiller or are used with permission. You may use your report internally and quote brief site portions with attribution. Do not resell reports, reproduce the assessment as a competing product, bypass security, interfere with operation, or use automated access that creates unreasonable load.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features, eligibility, scoring versions, and availability may change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made regarding uninterrupted access, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Charlie Alsmiller and the service's operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the site, a report, or reliance on its content. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated as the pilot evolves. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the revised terms. Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
