What this notice covers

This notice covers GetChannelproof.com and the Channelproof Commerce Diagnostic. Channelproof operates as an independent educational and lead-qualification property created by Charlie Alsmiller. When an assessment presents a legitimate commercial fit, limited business information may be shared with APIWORX for the optional follow-up described in the experience.

Information collected

The diagnostic collects your name, work email, company, role, approximate business ranges, material channels, selected systems, operating priorities, assessment ratings, delivery permissions, and basic source or campaign information. If you qualify for and request a signed book, the shipping address is collected only after eligibility is established.

Do not provide passwords, system credentials, customer lists, transaction exports, payment-card information, health information, confidential contract terms, or other sensitive data.

How information is used

• Calculate and deliver the deterministic Channelproof maturity result.
• Generate a personalized educational report based on self-reported answers.
• Fulfill an eligible signed-book request.
• Route an appropriate request to education, partner review, customer operations, or APIWORX.
• Understand aggregate patterns and improve the diagnostic, book, and related operating frameworks.
• Send ongoing field notes only when separate marketing permission is granted.

Browser storage and privacy choices

Unsubmitted diagnostic answers and the privacy choice are stored in your browser so the assessment can continue and the site can remember whether you selected “essential” or “all.” Essential storage supports requested site functions. Optional analytics are not activated through this choice layer unless you select “Allow optional.” You can reopen Privacy choices at any time or clear local storage in your browser.

AI-assisted reports

The public score and qualification rules are calculated by versioned application logic. When enabled, an AI provider may help write the report narrative from the structured assessment and immutable scores. AI cannot change the score or determine the commercial route. A deterministic report remains available if the AI service is unavailable.

Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by infrastructure, database, email-delivery, analytics, AI, CRM, and book-fulfillment providers acting on the operator's behalf. Information is not sold or used for third-party targeted advertising. The shipping address is not synchronized to the sales CRM. Identifiable prospect information is not provided to APIXX by default; aggregated or de-identified patterns may inform future products and writing.

Retention and control

Unsubmitted answers are stored on your device so you can continue the assessment. You can clear them through your browser storage. Completed assessment and event records are generally retained for up to 24 months for report access, attribution, calibration, and operating review. Shipping addresses are scheduled for deletion or anonymization within 90 days after fulfillment. Consent and suppression records may be retained longer where needed to honor your choices and legal obligations.

You may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or withdrawal of marketing permission by emailing charlie@alsmiller.com. If a request is declined, you may ask for reconsideration by replying to the decision; when applicable, you may also contact your state privacy regulator. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or an active dispute.

Security and scope

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including encrypted transport, server-side credentials, scoped report links, access controls, duplicate suppression, and audit records. No internet service can promise absolute security. The diagnostic is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children.
